$15.00 order minimum, please.
 
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please call your order in to the number below.  Phone orders will be held for 10 days or until payment is received, whichever is less.  Credit card payments cannot currently be taken over the phone.

Items in stock shipped within 5 days of  order.  You will be notified in 24 hour is your item is out of stock and given the option of making a substitution, waiting for new stock to become available (estimates will be given), or canceling your order. Special orders will have a time specified when the agreement is made.

Shipping

Buyers have a choice of USPS or UPS for shipping, which should be indicated at the time of purchase. 

The shopping cart will only let me set up shipping charges to be either a flat rate based on the dollar amount of the purchase or a percentage of the purchase.  As a buyer, this annoys me.  So when you make a purchase, I’ll calculate the actual shipping cost the carrier will charge plus packaging, and replace that amount on your transaction.  Except in very rare cases, actual shipping is less expensive than calculated shipping.  Should yours come out more than expected, I’ll contact you and find out what you want to do before proceeding.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your yarn, fabric or thread purchase, please contact me within 10 days of receipt to arrange a refund.  Refunds are for the cost of the goods only, not for shipping, and will only be made with prior arrangement.  Yarns, threads or fabric must be unused and returned in whole.  Partially used items are not eligible for refunds.  Books, specially cut yardage, and special orders are not eligible for refunds.  All sales are final on clearance or sales items

If you find any of my products less than satisfactory, I want to hear about it so that I can fix any issues.  Please call the number below with comments or complaints between the hours of 9am and 5pm Pacific time.  If I’m not able to come to the phone, please leave a detailed message with a callback number and I’ll return your call as soon as possible.
